Enjoy the peaceful, pastoral surroundings of GreeniesHouse in the Paipa countryside. Upon arrival you will be greeted by our spokesdog, Greenie, and shown to your newly renovated room. Our property is cannabis-friendly (we provide the property you bring your favorite herb or fungi); however, we respect all choices. We provide farm-to-table breakfast options in the mornings. Enjoy your relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city with the best local products from Paipa & Boyacá.
We are a two-story, three-bedroom converted farmhouse. One bedroom on the ground floor with two bedrooms on the second floor. The first floor includes a full kitchen with a coffeemaker, refrigerator, range, and oven available for your use. There is also a living room area with a television that you can use streaming services on (Netflix, AppleTV+), watch DVDs, or play video games.
Outside you will find a BBQ grill on the deck, along with a bonfire pit in our small forest adjacent to the house. In our field you will see two cows, Luna and Soli, working hard to keep the field trimmed.
We also have organic vegetable and herb gardens, as well as fruit trees, which we use to prepare our signature breakfasts.
Guests will have private use of the main house with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a kitchen/dining area, living room with TV and a full wraparound veranda to enjoy the beauty of the nature that surrounds us.
Cannabis smoking/vaping is allowed throughout the property, we just ask that there is no smoking in the beds. Tobacco smoke is only allowed outside in designated areas.

GreeniesHouse is located 15 minutes outside of Paipa, Boyacá, which is known for its natural hot springs. local cuisine, and outdoor activities (mountain biking, waterskiing). Take in the local lake then visit the thermal pools and get a spa treatment or sample some arepas made with famous Paipa cheese.

HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We live in a separate building on the property. We can be as available or as invisible as you wish.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
