The Homestead is a century old beach house with three bedroom plus two bathroom home and with boat loads of character. Winterized and cozy we offer all the comforts of home: two fridges, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large dining room, three large bedrooms and ample beds to host 8 adults and 6 kids. We are dog friendly with a lovely acre to enjoy. Steps from beach access the ocean views are spectacular! Enjoy the roaring campfire, the glorious sunsets, or the quiet sounds of the gentle breeze running off the water.

1 No cats. Dogs are permitted but must be declared and kept off furniture and scooped up after. 2 No underage drinking or toking. 5N 3 Cannabis permitted however no illegal drugs or narcotics. 4 No smoking indoors. 5No undeclared day guests or occupants permitted, occupancy must be confirmed at time of booking. 6 Damages must be declared or security deposit not refunded. 7 all minors are to be supervised at all times. Owner accepts no liability for children or babies. 8 all linens are to be used responsibly and only beach linens permitted outdoors or by water. 9 guests will clean up garbage and maintain trash and composting as per bags provided. Recycling is requirement. 10 septic and we’ll have capacity limits. Please revert to user agreement. 11 all guests contact information required at time of booking. 12 signing guests subject to meet and greet face time call.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Email or by telephone and face time call upon acceptance of booking for a meet n greet.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
