In addition, the space includes a rear private patio of over 1500 Sq foot backyard. The rear patio is an enclosed space offers a private area for entertaining complete with built-in seating with wall murals done by local artists. A true urban oasis, the century old brick contrasts against the floral wall murals and provides an intimate feel with ample space for all your event's needs. This space is suitable for both social and corporate events.
Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be required to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.Smoking is Permitted

Full list of Rules in Short Term Lease agreement.Capacity limits apply as well as loud music restrictions in accordance with City By-Laws. Consuming Cannabis is permitted at Short Term Tenant; However, Tobacco is not permitted indoors and service providers must be approved in advance of any event. ****Please note there is.a limit for indoor capacity of 25 people. In addition for parties over 15 people, the cleaning fee increases by $100.

CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
